Mayfield Golf & Country Club

Mayfield Graves Country Club (MGCC), a private club in Mayfield, Kentucky, is full of history. The golf course dates back to 1922 as a nine-hole course with sand greens. It was redesigned in 1960 and nine more holes were added making it a championship golf course measuring 6,305 yards with a challenging par of 70. The golf course is tree-lined with rolling hills. MGCC is more than a great place to play golf. We offer an Olympic-size swimming pool, five lighted tennis courts and a beautiful clubhouse which was remodeled in 1995 and contains both men’s and women’s card rooms and locker rooms. There is a clubroom (bar) along with a snack shop downstairs. MGCC hosts a variety of social, holiday and family activities throughout the year and is available for private functions. The practice facility boasts a large driving range and putting green. MGCC is also home to the popular WKA (West Kentucky Amateur) and LWKA (Ladies’ West Kentucky Amateur) annual tournaments.

Our practice facilities with driving range, putting green, and chipping area are available to help you refine your game. The Golf Shop offers an extensive selection of merchandise to fit your every need. Our dedicated professionals are available for either private or group lessons, and we do custom club-fitting on a daily basis. We are proud of our Junior Golf Program which encourages an early interest in the game, growing future Club members.

This Murray golf facility, located just west of the Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area, has long attracted nearby Paducah golf aficionados. The appeal is clear to anyone who visits. The course layout at Miller Memorial is simultaneously challenging and incredibly fun. This course spans 6,592 yards of golf from the championship tees for a par of 71. Miller Memorial has two distinct nines, both of which require a wide array of shot making. The back nine, however, is set on hilly terrain, putting a premium on pinpoint accuracy all the way from tee to green.

This peaceful setting on the shores of Lake Barkley is historically linked to the author F. Scott Fitzgerald. The property was once the farm of Willis B. Machen, grandfather of Zelda Sayre Fitzgerald. It’s not hard to imagine the serene, Gatsby-style era from this park, with idyllic days of playing golf and cruising the lake. You need imagine no longer; the park now has a challenging 18-hole, par-72 golf course! The front 9 holes are situated in a wooded area and many of the back 9 holes are flanked by lake views. A pro shop offers rental carts, clubs and golf merchandise. The park also has a picnic area, a fishing pier and a boat ramp. Situated along the shores of Lake Barkley, Mineral Mound State Park Golf Course is a great place to spend the day and present a challenge to all level of players. The front 9 holes are situated in the native hills and forest area of historical Lyon County. The No. 4 hole offers long uphill shot making. The back 9 offers beautiful lake views with several holes flanked by water. The No. 11 plays over a lake inlet. The facility has a magnificent new golf shop that offers scenic views from atop a hill overlooking Lake Barkley. Public boat ramp and picnic areas are available to enjoy a day of relaxation and enjoyment. In 2009 Golf Digest magazine ranked the course #5 as the "Best Courses You Can Play."

The house that came to symbolize Kentucky’s gracious hospitality and according to legend inspired Stephen Collins Foster to write his immortal song, “My Old Kentucky Home” is one of the most cherished historical sites in the commonwealth. The 18-hole "My Old Kentucky Home" course at the My Old Kentucky Home State Park Golf Course facility in Bardstown, Kentucky features 6,351 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71. The course rating is 69.5 and it has a slope rating of 119 on Bermuda grass. My Old Kentucky Home golf course opened in 1933. The complete redesign and reconstruction of the front nine holes, plus extensive irrigation and turf improvements on the back nine holes are finished and 18 holes are open for play. In 2008-09 the course received four stars from Golf Digest magazine as the "Best Places to Play."
