About the course

Plan your round.

Clifton Hollow Golf Club now operates as The Hollow Golf Club in River Falls, Wisconsin. Dr. Gordon Emerson’s design opened with nine holes in 1974 and later expanded to the present 18-hole course in the St. Croix River Valley. The course welcomes daily-fee golfers as well as members; its long par-5 finishing hole is a notable challenge. An operator notice reviewed October 19, 2026 states that the driving range is closed for the remainder of the 2026 season during construction of a new practice facility.
