San Clemente, CA

Talega Golf Club

One of Fred Couples and architect Brian Curley's finest collaborations, Talega Golf Club, which sits above the "Spanish Village by the Sea," is a challenging, yet gorgeous golf course in an incredible setting. Always in great shape, the course is located in the hills above San Clemente, just three miles from the Pacific Ocean. The 6,951-yard par 72 is certainly a championship test with several difficult par 3s and par 5s. The signature Couples design has five of each, so there is great variety. The fifth hole is a 228-yard par 3 that plays mostly over water and is a candidate for one of Talega's signature holes. Another possibility for the prettiest hole is the finishing hole, the par-4 18th, with an approach that plays over the lake to a green well guarded by bunkers. The course has lots of elevation change, mountain views and elevated greens that make each hole unique. In addition to the golf course, Talega, which is open to the public, also has excellent practice facilities that include a driving range, short game area and practice green. Talega Golf Club. also has a large Spanish-style clubhouse that can accommodate more than 200 guests for weddings, banquets and tournaments. Golfers and guests can also enjoy a variety of lunch and dinner items at the Signature Grille while taking in golf course views on its large patio. A large, well-stocked golf shop that carries the latest in apparel, accessories and equipment can also be found in the clubhouse.?

Sandusky, MI

Woodland Hills Golf Club

The Woodland Hills Golf Course is a world-class golf club, but it does more than just give guests one of the best options for a round of golf anywhere in Michigan. This Sandusky golf course is a predominantly link-style course that can challenge experienced golfers with a thoughtful layout while helping rookies relax amid the unmatched scenery as they learn this classic game. Some holes are traditional designs, such as holes #2 through #8. These holes include dogleg fairways and well-bunkered, small greens. On the other hand, holes #9 through #11 and also #18, were carved through a forest and feature moguls and a strong prevailing wind. Overall, water hazards (ponds) come into play on seven holes. For the most part, the terrain is flat, but some mounds can cause uneven lies. The signature hole is #16, a 430-yard, par 4, featuring waste bunkers and moguls, and requiring a well-placed approach shot to an undulating green. Reserve your Sandusky golf course tee times today!

Miramar Beach, FL

sandestin raven golf club

SanDestin— Baytowne Golf Club is a popular tee time for local and travel golfers alike at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, a multi-course golf mecca in Northwest Florida. Tom Jackson designed the course in 1986 and he came back in 2005 to renovate and modernize the playing field. The Sandestin— Baytowne Golf Club routing extends from the beach to the bay. Along the way, rolling fairways feature some of the only elevation changes you’ ll find in the Destin area. Sandestin— Baytowne Golf Club is a user-friendly layout for players of all levels and any age. The course features four standard sets of tee markers that provide distance options between 4,666 yards and 6,812 yards, plus a fifth set of family markers at 3,002 yards that is ideally suited for juniors and beginners, or for a quick knockabout round to cap off the day. Sandestin— Baytowne Golf Club is known for having lush, wide fairways that are a joy to hit from. Despite the resort nature of the game, the course has some bite. Water comes into play on 12 holes. The turf often slopes away at the margins toward hazards that extend from tee to green or homes and condos that line the playing corridors. You must also avoid Jackson's strategically placed bunkers in the fairway and beside the large, undulating greens. Sandestin— Baytowne Golf Club features many intriguing holes. One of the most unique is the par-5 9th, a 90-degree dogleg-left that starts with water on both sides of the fairway. A bunker complex awaits at the crook of the dogleg, and the final approach is nerve-racking with water pinching in from the left and more bunkers lurking if you bail to the right. While there are no bay or ocean vistas during the round, with its water features, tall mature pine trees and stunning views of soaring beachfront hotels, Sandestin— Baytowne Golf Club is a highly picturesque playing field. The course shares practice facilities and a clubhouse with Sandestin— Raven Golf Club. If you want to warm up, you’ ll find a driving range, chipping area, and putting green. The clubhouse features a pro shop and an extensive snack bar where you can enjoy lunch out on the balcony. Should you wish to play more golf, relax on the beach, or sample a plethora of activities, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is Northwest Florida’ s favorite resort destination. Whether you come for the day or a prolonged stay, make a tee time to play Sa

Cliff Park Golf Course

Cliff Park ... the golf course, and surrounding countryside, became part of Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area in 2003. The Buchanan Family owned the land from 1803 until 2002. In 1900, an old farmhouse was converted into an inn and the golf course (the inspiration of Annie Felt Buchanan) was opened in 1913. With alteration through the years, the course remained a favorite with golfers while spectators watched the "Front Five" sitting on the inn's porch. Fast forward to 2013 and PGA Professional Joe Stead, who cut his teeth in the golf business at Cliff Park , signed a ten year lease to manage the golf course and property. Joe has been blessed with great staff that have been managing and bringing the course to the glory it had in times of past.

Course photo for Palm-Aire Country Club- The PalmsPublic tee-time evidence

Pompano Beach, FL

Palm-Aire Country Club- The Palms

Palm Aire Country Club has a rich history dating back to 1959 when The Palms Golf Course was founded by George Palmer and Harold Broiler and a 50-room lodge opened in 1962. Sam Snead set a course record 65 in that year and, since then, Palm Aire has hosted the prestigious Dixie Amateur, the Florida Open, and the South Florida Classic, a former Web.com Tour event, on multiple occasions. In 1965, Alfred Orleans and his son Marvin purchased the course and lodge, which hosted the Florida Open for the first time that year. Palm Aire’s owners added a grand hotel and spa in 1971 followed by the construction of the Oaks in 1971 and the Cypress in 1972. Movie stars such as Frank Sinatra, Elizabeth Taylor, and Jerry Lewis would come to stay and play at the renowned hotel and golf courses. The New York Yankees of old would stay there during spring training. Billy Jean King was the tennis pro. All three Palm Aire courses present an enjoyable challenge for golfers of all levels of ability. From the back tees, the Palms tips out at 6,944 yards, par 72, and the Cypress is 6,810 yards, par 72. Both courses have five sets of tee decks to choose from and recently renovated with Tif Eagle, a new hybrid grass. The Oaks plays 6,910 yards, par 71, with four sets of tees. The Oaks and the Cypress courses at Palm Aire Country Club in Pompano Beach, Fla., were designed by the renowned duo of Tom and George Fazio while the Palms was laid out by William Mitchell. Each provides a distinctive experience, and complement ClubLink’s other Clubs in the area: Heron Bay Golf Club, former site of the PGA Tour’s Honda Classic, the historic 36-hole Woodlands Country Club and TPC Eagle Trace in Coral Springs, which hosted the Honda Classic from 1984 - 1991 and again in 1996. Adding to Palm Aire’s appeal is a wide range of golfing amenities including two fully stocked golf shops, two driving ranges, and a professional golf academy.
