We look forward to seeing you out enjoying the great conditions soon!!Traditionally ranked among the Top 20 courses in Florida, Timacuan offers a world-class blend of unique golf holes, challenging golf shots, and scenic beauty.The front nine holes – one of the strongest opening nines you will find anywhere in the state - sweeps across rolling terrain seldom found on Florida courses.The back nine holes are equally challenging but offer a different look that showcases everything that makes Florida golf great - from scenic wetlands to moss-draped oaks.Timacuan was created in 1987 by noted golf course architect Ron Garl, and updated a few years ago by course designer Bobby Weed. The result is one of those rare golf courses that truly does offer a fair and interesting challenge to golfers at every level. Timacuan features five sets of tees, playing to 7,000 yards "from the tips" but also offering many less intimidating options, including a layout of less than 5,000 yards from the forward tees.
