The course rating is 73.3, and it has a slope rating of 125 on Blue grass. Designed by John Fought, ASGCA/Robert E. Cupp, ASGCA, the Langdon Farm golf course opened in 1995. Our practice facilities, nicknamed "the Stables" include 30 lit practice bays with state-of-the-art turf mats, 6 grass target greens, 2 practice greens and 3 hole grass putting course.

Meadow Lakes is a player friendly course with generous fairways, huge greens (6,700 sq. ft. average) and 4 sets of tees. The course plays from 5,155 to 6,731 yards with a course rating of 71.7 and a slope of 125. Meadow Lakes has been host to the 1998 OGA Mid-Amateur Championship, 1999 OGA Public Links Championship and the 2002 OGA Team Championship. It is truly a championship golf course with a fascinating history.

The course has easy access from Interstate 5 by taking the Cottage Grove exit (exit 174). The course is a challenging 18-hole executive course surrounded by mature landscaping. The course is a 5002 yard par 67 course. The City of Cottage Grove purchased Middlefield Golf Course in December, 2006 and continues to operate the course. There are several hotels immediately near the course that also offer "stay and play" packages.
