Hello, this e-mail confirms your Bar Run Tee Time Reservation at Bar Run Golf Course in Roseburg, Oregon for. Please read the details below, including Cancellation Policy, to ensure a fun day at Bar Run. GOLF COURSE FLOW If you purchased an 18-hole Tee Time, your second loop will be automatically scheduled for 2.5 hours after your original tee time. But we will make every effort (based on availability) to allow you to tee off on the second loop earlier if you finish your first loop in under 2.5 hours. ABOUT BAR RUN While 10 holes are currently open, golfers can expect to get a feel for the entire course with a mix of holes from the front and back nines making up the current routing. Please keep in mind that Bar Run is an active mine, orchard and construction site with work continuing on the remaining golf holes and RV Resort, which may result in a more rustic, behind-the-scenes golf adventure than your everyday round. But it is our goal to make your visit as memorable as possible with fun Dan Hixson-designed golf and friendly customer service. The complete 18-hole golf course is expected to open in Summer 2022. FOOD, DRINK & FACILITIES Bar Run does not currently have a driving range or practice facility. But we do offer beverage service (including a limited beer, wine and cider selection) and limited prepackaged snack items. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate vegan and gluten-free requests at this time. Bar Run is also currently using portable toilet facilities throughout the property. CANCELLATIONS We understand everyone has last-minute concerns that come up. We kindly ask that you Please Notify Us As Early As Possible if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your visit so we can open up your tee time to other guests. DIRECTIONS Bar Run is located at the Umpqua Sand & Gravel mine at 640 Shady Drive, Roseburg, OR 97471. The best route is to head west off Interstate 5 using the NW Garden Valley Boulevard exit, take a left onto Melrose Road (4.9 miles), and then take a right onto Shady Drive (.9 miles).
