Basking Ridge, NJ

Basking Ridge Country Club

Tee off on one of the most attractive and playable courses in Somerset County. The advanced 6,906-yard, 18 hole golf course has been completely refurbished to challenge the most demanding player. Opened in 1927, the course was designed by Alexander H. Findlay, a Scottsman who emigrated to the United States in the 1880's. Mr. Findlay, along with his brother, designed more than 500 golf courses throughout the country including the Palm Beach, St. Augustine and Lake Placid Country Clubs. Today, the course has developed into a challenging, beautifully landscaped haven, while the country club offers customized memberships designed to meet each individual's needs. Our breathtaking 257 acre tract with its 18-hole, par 71 course has been made even more impressive by an ambitious landscaping and greens renovation program - and an on-going commitment to improve the course each year. A driving range and practice green with bunkers make warm-up easy; enjoy a quick snack in our Halfway House at the 9th hole. Our Pro-Shop, with full-time professionals and newly renovated locker rooms, adds the final touch to the complete golf facility.
