We boast a challenging par 72, 6,425 yard layout which hosts the County Open Championship*. The front 9, located beside beautiful Pleasant Lake, offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and lakes. The back 9 sits high on a plateau overlooking Mt. Katahdin and will take your breath away. Va Jo Wa offers a complete golfing experience including pro shop, driving range, putting green, practice facilities, restaurant and lounge.

This course was founded in the 60s by Cumberland golf lovers who tired of driving to Portland golf course to play. They wanted a Cumberland course that they could be proud of.
