Several lakes come into play as do wandering streams. You putt on MiniVerde Dwarf Bermuda Grass greens and drive to Bermuda grass fairways. Blue, white, gold and red tees, 6240 yd., 5855 yd, 5249 yd., 4468 yd. respectively. An enjoyable, golfer friendly par 72.

This Harrodsburg golf facility also has a 9-hole regulation course that is very tight with water on seven of the holes. The club prides itself on offering country club luxury at an affordable price. It’s important to also note the amenities because Bright Leaf is a resort course perfect for a weekend getaway, complete with swimming, a modern health club and fine dining.

Opened in the Spring of 1970, the Harold England designed course is 6679 yards from the back tees and 3574 yards from the front tees. The par 72 layout consists of MiniVerde Ultra Dwarf Bermuda Grass greens and lush carpet-like El Toro Zoysia grass fairways with five teeing areas, several sand bunkers and lakes that come into play on several holes. A natural creek runs through or near seven of the holes, not only challenging the golfer, but also offering a view of our wetlands wildlife.
