Designed by famed course architect Joe Lee, Seascape's par 71, 6,100-yard championship Destin golf course poses a unique challenge to players of every skill level as its green placement and hazards require singular precision to maneuver the course. The sheer beauty of the terrain, with its tall pines, shimmering waters and softly rolling hills has been known to distract even the most ardent golfers. If time is an issue, Seascape offers the option of playing nine holes in the afternoon. Seascape offers a grass driving range, two practice greens, restaurant and full-stocked Pro Shop featuring top-of-the-line accessories, Seascape signature apparel and souvenirs. The Pro Shop is a full-service facility offering professional golf lessons, spike changing, club cleaning, tournament services, rental clubs and club storage. Our layout is intertwined amongst two upscale developments offering the golfer wonderful views and the feeling of a private golf setting. Our golf course is challenging yet fair, our goal is to give every golfer of every level an opportunity to compete. Our "members layout" from the white and red tees offer generous landing areas and open shots to the greens that are protected by sand bunkers. The tournament tees offers a challenge to the best of golfers. Length is not the demanding part of the course, the well protected greens, and carefully placed fairway bunkers, make an accurate tee shot even more critical than a lengthy shot.

Designed by architect Ron Garl, challenge the links of our par 64 skills enhancement course nestled among majestic pine, tawny cypress stands and a host of shimmering lakes. Club teaching professionals are on hand to help you develop your game. We offer separate locker rooms for both the gentlemen and ladies which include fitness rooms as well as refreshing, therapeutic saunas. The practice facility features 4 Target Greens and a hitting area that is 300 yards in length. You can work on the finesse part of your game to a target of 40 yards, or swing away with your driver or fairway wood to a target of 240 yards. We also have a large fairway bunker to practice those tough shots that can ruin your day if you haven’t practiced them in a while.

Shady Brook Golf & RV Resort makes for a great tee time in Florida’s scenic Sumterville golf community. The course here features 6,418 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par 72, a course rating of 68.4 and a slope of 110. Shady Brook was designed by Carmichael and first opened in 1993. It has risen to popularity thanks to its layout as well as the full-service RV Resort. Before tee times, guests love to park in our RV area, use the full hook ups, laundry facilities or restrooms/showers and play a round of horseshoes or attend a chapel service.

In fact, in recent years Silver Dollar has become a favorite among Tampa golf aficionados and the entire West Florida Coast golf community. The reason for this is simple -- an excellent layout. Designed by famed course architect Dan Maddox and opened for play in 1985, Silver Dollar spans 6,400 yards from the back tees for a par 72 that manages to challenge players without sacrificing fun. One round is enough to see why more and more players are coming to Silver Dollar each year.
