Trinidad, CO

Trinidad Municipal Golf Course

Established in 1910, Trinidad Municipal Golf Course is one of the oldest courses in the state and has been recognized as one of “Colorado’s Best Nine Hole Golf Courses” for years. It’s our friendly Professional staff, picturesque views and immaculately manicured course that makes this the perfect place to experience Southern Colorado golf at its finest. You may even see some of our native wildlife during your round so bring your camera. Check out the article written in “Worldgolf.com” dated July 15th 2016. Framed by the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and Fisher’s Peak, this layout will challenge every level of golfer from the casual player to the skilled competitor. Even though we only have 9 holes, we have 4 tee boxes on each hole with a different location and look on each hole, so 18 holes is the norm. Don’t be fooled by our “small town charm,” the course offers challenges from elevation changes, perfectly manicured yet tricky greens, bunkers and woodlands. To the purist, it is easy to see why it’s rumored that Donald Ross inspired this design and layout. Our signature hole #2, with the “famous” BELL to ring by the green.
