John F Kennedy Golf Course | West - Creek

*DESCRIPTION: This multi-use golf facility includes a 27-hole regulation course, a nine-hole par three course, lighted driving range, miniature golf, a pro shop and restaurant. The John F. Kennedy Golf Course complex in Southeast Denver offers something for everyone--a 'golf mecca.' The regulation courses are long, challenging layouts, and the greens require great putting to score well. Several holes play along strategic water hazards and the beautiful, but deceptive Cherry Creek. The par three is great for beginners, juniors, or anyone who wants to improve his or her iron play. The Babe Lind course offers wide open fairways with large greens. The Creek nine is tighter, with smaller undulating greens. The Creek course is a favorite of our regulars because of its big trees and meandering Cherry Creek. The West course is a stand alone nine that recently added seven new tee boxes that offer more options from the long hitter to the beginner. There are no water hazards and a few bunkers, but many golfers still find it challenging. The Par 3 course offers holes from 80 yards to 150 yards. There are elevation changes and small greens. It can be a test of your game or a nice stroll on the course. *We currently do not rotate our 27 holes. We play an 18 hole course of the Babe Lind turning to the Creek. The West is a stand alone 9 hole course as is the Par 3. *GOLF SHOP HOURS: ***Peak Golf Season April 1 - September 30 Holiday Rates/ Closing - Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day Pro Shop - Daylight to dark, weather permitting 8 a.m.to 4 p.m. Golf Administration Office - 9 a.m.to 5 p.m., Monday - Friday ***Off-peak Golf Season October 1 - March 31 Closed Christmas Day Pro Shop - 8 a.m.to 4 p.m. Golf Administration Office - 9 a.m.to 5 p.m., Monday - Friday *DRIVING RANGE: Driving range opens when the pro shop opens.
