Southern Hills Golf Club is a fantastic Cookeville golf course owned and operated by Reed and Rachel “Rusty” Welch, the rare owners that take personal pride in the high quality of tee times at their course. Reed and Rusty bring a special passion to this course, conveniently located just north of I-40. They have cultivated a friendly atmosphere in the clubhouse, a well-maintained course and a challenging yet enjoyable layout, which is also popular among nearby Nashville golf lovers. This is a rolling course with a par of 72 and one of the best natural settings in the state. It’s a true treat. After your round, don’t forget to make time to relax at Reed’s 19th Hole, where you can watch a game, grab a drink and feel like family.
