Raccoon Creek Golf Course is one of the premier public-access golf courses in the Denver Metropolitan area. Located in Littleton, Colorado, Raccoon Creek Golf Course spreads out on the historic Grant Family Ranch property and boasts stunning views of the Rocky Mountains. With four sets of tee markers plus two additional hybrid options, this highly playable course offers a manageable distance for everyone. The golf grounds can be played as long as 7,007 yards and as short as 5,122 yards. Mature trees line the fairways, but the playing corridors are quite wide and the rough is not penal. Water plays a key role in the defense of par at Raccoon Creek Golf Course. Numerous lakes and the eponymous creek that runs the entire length of the property come into play on thirteen holes. Adding to the fun, the greens are large and quite undulating. Raccoon Creek is a very walkable course. Except for one hilly par 5, the golf grounds are quite flat. During the round you pass by historic buildings from the Grant Family Ranch, including a barn and a chapel. If you want to warm up before your round, Raccoon Creek Golf Club has all the practice facilities you need, including a driving range, short game area, and putting green. The clubhouse features a pro shop and The Farmhouse, a bar and grill-style restaurant that overlooks the historic grounds. Weather permitting, the course is open all year round.
