Our championship Lee Trevino Signature Course is the centerpiece of the Ironwood communities. Winding through 200 acres of rolling wooded terrain, the course reveals subtle nuances while providing scenic vistas of the Tar River, ponds and native wildlife. This 18-hole par 72 course spans 7102 yards from the back tees: 6712 from the member tees. With three other tee placements available, the course accommodates players of all skill levels. Trevino’s design displays a masterful use of the contours of the land, creating a challenging, yet highly playable course that reveals more of its subtle nuances each time you play. Each hole offers marvelous views of the rolling woodlands, the stands of old oaks and beech trees, the sun’s reflection of the quiet waters of the Tar River and tributaries meandering through the course.
