Located next to the main golf course, The Learning Center at Galloping Hill is a great spot to work on your game, and you can even get in a quick nine holes at the practice course there. Named one of the top short courses in America by Golfpass, the par-33 layout, which plays 2,348 yards from the tips and has three sets of tees, was designed by the same architect who originally did the championship course. Created by Willard G. Wilkinson and opened in 1928, the practice course opens with four short par 4s with three of the remaining five holes, par-3s, including the 168-yard ninth. Best of all The Learning Center also has a great driving range, practice putting greens, and short-game area. The Galloping Hill Golf Academy in New Jersey offers world-class instruction and utilizes the latest in video swing analysis and instructional techniques. The Academy also offers an exclusive custom club fittings geared to fit any golfer with the latest golf equipment from the industry leaders. In addition to the practice facilities, Galloping Hill has a clubhouse, golf shop, and restaurant. The Hill Tavern offers appetizers, sandwiches, pizza, fish and chips, desserts, and a variety of craft beers and cocktails.
