WELCOME TO FORT HAYS MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE Fort Hays Golf Course offers a unique collection of 18 Championship Golf Holes, Scenic Views and Beautiful Clubhouse. Tournaments June 5 - Fr Earl (TMP ALUMNI) - Coursed Closed till 5pm June 12 - Relay For Life - Course Closed till 4:30pm Weekend Pairing Policy Singles : Online tee times on weekends after 1:00 PM only. Call pro shop if needed before 1:00 PM. Singles/Twosomes : May be paired at the discretion of the pro shop. Threesomes, Foursomes, Fivesomes : Welcome any time. Maximum group size : Five players per tee time. Online portal limits to 4 players, but 5 are allowed. Notify Pro Shop upon arrival. Group Booking Policy Please contact the pro shop at 785-625-9949 to reserve 3 or more groups. No-Show Policy Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance. No-shows may result in fees or future booking restrictions. Please check in at least 15 minutes before your tee time. If running late, update your reservation or call 785-625-9949 as early as possible. Golf Cart Rental Policy Eligibility: Valid driver’s license required. Maximum of two riders and two bags per cart. Non Golfing Riders will be charged a riding fee Usage: 90 degree rule. Carts must stay on paths and out of restricted areas. Carts must be returned to staging at the end of the round. Not available within 4 hours of sunset for 18 holes (2 hours for 9 holes). Liability: Renters are responsible for damage. Course is not liable for injury or lost items. Weather: Cart usage may be restricted for safety. Alcohol Policy In accordance with Kansas State Law (KSA 41-2647) Alcohol must be purchased on-site. Outside alcohol is prohibited. Violators may be removed without refund or future privileges. Staff may check coolers/bags for compliance. Service may be refused to intoxicated or disorderly guests.
