Eagle Nest Golf Club opened in 1971 and has hosted hundreds of thousands of golfers since. Eagle Nest is built on 250 acres of pristine land in Little River, South Carolina and only a short 5-minute drive from North Myrtle Beach. With the serene surroundings and beautiful natural setting you can’t tell that you are less than one mile from busy Highway 17, making it very convenient. The Gene Hamm layout is spectacular and the course has been upgraded over the last several years to include the addition of the Perch Tee Boxes at over 8100 yards in length which makes it the longest course in South Carolina, and one of the longest in the nation. Player friendly and super senior tees have also been added to make Eagle Nest also one of the shortest courses in South Carolina. The tradition here is like a step back in time to a modern day version of golf that includes waste bunkers and sand features added to capture the natural terrain and diversity of the property with some surprising changes in elevation throughout the course. Eagle Nest has some unique differences from other Myrtle Beach golf courses with one being natural elevation changes. Most Myrtle Beach golf courses are relatively flat while Eagle Nest is set upon rolling hills that wind through towering Carolina pines, natural lakes and beautiful landscaping. Wildlife is in abundance at Eagle Nest adding to the enjoyment of your Myrtle Beach golf experience. CHARITABLE DONATION An optional charitable donation of $.10 per round shall be added to all green fees unless you opt out of making such a donation at the time of booking. All charges for the charitable donations shall be paid to the Golf Courses of the Grand Strand Charitable Fund at the Waccamaw Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization. Although charitable donation charges shall be paid to a tax-exempt charitable organization, these charges will not entitle you to a charitable contribution deduction.
