Thank you for booking your round with us at Eagle Crest Golf Club. Please review the terms and conditions. We ask that you arrive at check-in at least 15 minutes prior to your tee time. If you have any questions please call us at (518) 877-7082. Beverages - Outside food and beverages are prohibited on the golf course by law. This policy will be strictly enforced. Cancellations - Cancellations are required 12 hours in advance of a tee time. Cancellations due to inclement weather may be made the day of. Dress Code - No cut off shirts or shorts. Proper footwear includes golf shoes, (No Metal Spikes), or sneakers. Fivesomes - Fivesomes are not permitted at any time. Pace of Play - Eagle Crest Golf Club will make every effort to assure that all golfers enjoy their day of golf by maintaining an acceptable pace of play. We reserve the right to move slow groups forward to keep the pace of play moving. Rain Checks - Rain checks will be issued for holes not completed during inclement weather, and are pro-rated for your next visit. Rain checks are valid for one year from the issue date. Cart Damage - By booking this tee time you are responsible for any and all damages caused to the golf cart(s) while in your possession. Cart(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was when received. Any damages WILL be at the customer's expense.
