The golf course is a beautiful course, right out of the golden age of golf, sitting at the foot of Mount Diablo with oak-laden golden hills. The course measures 6,300 yards at a par of 71 and is one of Brentwood's best golf courses. The Deer Ridge Golf Club has been joined with Shadow Lakes Golf Club to create a single membership for its members. The club includes golf improvement amenities such as a golf instruction school and practice facilities. There is a driving range open every day from sunrise to 1 1/2 hours before sunset, and open even during unfavorable weather for you hardened souls out there. Additionally, the course sports putting and short range facilities to up your game, some call it the best in the region. The golf course also has a bar and grill for after the game, and they are proud to offer every game ever day.
